This Privacy Policy explains how Patriot News ("Patriot News," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website and our first-party content-publishing software (the "Service"). Patriot News is an independent digital media outlet that produces short-form news and commentary videos and distributes them across our own accounts on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Rumble, X, and Truth Social).

2. What the Service does

Our publishing software is a first-party tool operated by and for Patriot News. It connects to our own social-media accounts through those platforms' official APIs so that our team can upload our finished videos, add titles and captions, and manage our own posting from one place. The Service is not offered to the public, does not create accounts for other people, and is not used to access anyone else's account.

3. Information we collect

• Website visitors: Our website is a small set of static informational pages. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
• Our own connected accounts: When we connect a Patriot News account on a third-party platform, that platform issues the Service an access credential (an OAuth token). We store that credential securely and use it only to publish and manage our own content.
• Content we create: The videos, titles, captions, and thumbnails we produce and upload through the Service.

• To publish, schedule, edit, and manage our own videos and posts on our own accounts.
• To keep the Service and website operating securely and reliably.
• To comply with the terms and policies of the platforms we use, and with applicable law.

5. TikTok data

Where the Service connects to Patriot News's own TikTok account, it uses the TikTok API solely to publish and manage content we own on that account. The Service uses TikTok data only for the functions the user (Patriot News) authorizes, does not sell or share TikTok data, does not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling, and does not collect any data about other TikTok users. Our use of TikTok information complies with TikTok's Developer Terms and Platform policies.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party platforms themselves, as required to publish our content (for example, sending a video to TikTok so it appears on our account);
• With service providers who host our website or infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations; and
• Where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.

7. Data retention and security

We retain access credentials for our own accounts only as long as needed to operate the Service, and we revoke and delete them when a connection is no longer used. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect specifically to reduce risk.

8. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to those strictly necessary for the site to function or for basic security.
